GUGOIS covers all defects in material and workmanship from the date of receipt. In the event a defect covered by this Warranty Policy occurs,GUGOIS will repair or replace your product in accordance with the terms of this Warranty Policy. This Warranty Policy is only applicable to product problems caused by non-human or force main factors, applies to the GUGOIS products in the following ways:

 

Main Parts -- 1 year

• Battery

• Motor

• Charger

Other Components -- 90 days

 

Note: Consumable items and the damage caused by man-made and are not covered by the warranty. (The battery capacity decay is subject to the test capacity of the machine, not the decay of the total riding odometers.)
